Emergency Salad

Ingredients:
1 (3 oz.) box cherry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can cranberry sauce
















Directions: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add pineapple and cranberry sauce. Chill. May also add a can of mandarin oranges, drained.

Notes: This is called emergency salad because you can have all the ingredients in your cupboard in an emergency.
