Vegetable Stew

Ingredients:
roast beef, cut up
2 cups water
2 - 3 carrots, chopped
2 large potatoes, chopped
1 onion, cut into rings
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes













Directions: Cook roast in water along with carrots, potatoes and onion until vegetables are done. Add the tomatoes, cook to boiling point.

Notes: The amount of vegetables you use depends on the amount of roast you have.
