2 pounds cooked ham, ground
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
salad dressing to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 loaf white or wheat bread
Directions: Mix ham, sweet pickle relish, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons on approximately 1/2 loaf of bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices. Cut each sandwich from corner to corner, make 4 triangles. May want to trim off crust.
