1-1/2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons dehydrated onions
4 tablespoons dehydrated garlic, sliced
1-1/2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 (1 lb.) jar double cheddar cheese sauce
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
pepper to taste
2 cups macaroni, cooked
Directions: Heat diced chicken with garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons onions, 3 tablespoons garlic and mix with cooked macaroni. In the microwave blanch for 2 to 3 minutes broccoli in a few drops of water with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon onion and 1 tablespoon garlic. Drain off the water. Mix all ingredients together and add the cheddar cheese sauce. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes. Or on high in the microwave for 12 to 15 minutes. Top with shredded cheese, return to oven or microwave to melt cheese. Serves 6 to 8 people.
