1 (16 oz.) package tortilla chips
1 cup salsa
1 (4 oz.) can Jalapeños, diced
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, diced
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
Directions: Spread chips out on a oven proof platter. Sprinkle cheeses on top. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes or heat in 350°F oven until cheese melts. Spoon on salsa. Top with remaining ingredients. Garnish as desired with salsa, sour cream, sliced green onions or guacamole. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
