Almond Joy Cake

1 box chocolate cake mix, any brand with pudding
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
24 large marshmallows
1 (14 oz.) package coconut
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup margarine
1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup English walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped

Directions: Mix cake according to directions on package and put in a 11-1/2"x17 inch pan. Bake at 350°F 20 to 25 minutes. While cake is baking prepare filling. Heat evaporated milk, sugar and marshmallows until melted. Add coconut. While cake is hot, pour filling over top. For frosting heat sugar, evaporated milk and margarine until it begins to boil. Add chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Add nuts and pour over cake spreading evenly.
