Spinach Balls

Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) packages frozen spinach, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
6 eggs
1 (6 oz.) package prepared stuffing, chicken flavor
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated















Directions: Cook spinach as package instructs. Mix with margarine, stuffing (including flavor packet), eggs and Parmesan cheese. Let cool to shape into walnut-size balls. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Make 36 balls.

Notes: Can make ahead and freeze. If frozen bake longer than the 15 minutes.
