Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 (large) onions, chopped
4 green peppers, chopped
9 cups tomatoes, chopped (use blender for part of them)
7 JalapeƱo peppers, seeded and diced (use rubber gloves)
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3/4 cup vinegar
3 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, simmer for 30 minutes. Put into clean jars and process in a water bath for 15 minutes. Makes 6 pints.
Notes: This salsa is good with any variety of chips.
