1 loaf (thin sliced) sandwich bread
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
Directions: Cut crusts off bread. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin. Spread each piece with a layer of cream cheese. Roll slices of bread tightly, cut rolls into bite-size pieces. Dip each roll into melted butter and then roll in cinnamon and sugar. Bake on cookie sheet at 350°F until rolls are bubbly and puffy.
Notes: Bites can be frozen and baked later. This is a great finger food for showers, brunches or an after school snack. This is a snack the kids can help make.
