Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
1 chicken cooked, boned and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 cup minute rice
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
1 package round buttery crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine












Directions: Combine chicken, soup, onion, rice, sour cream and chicken broth and put in greased casserole. To prepare crumb topping combine crackers and margarine then top chicken mixture. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
