Lemony Berry Muffins

Ingredients:
1 (18.25 oz.) box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup milk, non-fat or regular
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen















Directions: In large bowl beat together all ingredients, except blueberries. Evenly coat 24 muffin cups lightly with cooking spray or line cups with paper liners. Spoon mixture into cups filling each about 2/3 full. Evenly sprinkle blueberries on top of each muffin. Bake at 350°F for 18 to 23 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
