Ingredients:
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup salad oil
2/3 cup light cream
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Directions: Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and process and whip until blended. Makes 2 cups.
Notes: Excellent on crispy tossed lettuce salad.
