Ingredients:
1 lb. bag frozen corn
1/2 stick margarine
1 (4 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Melt margarine in pan, add frozen corn. Stir. Add cream cheese and stir over heat until hot and cream cheese is melted.
Notes: This recipe is ideal for a family of four. I double the recipe to take to gatherings.
