Cheese and Marshmallow Salad

Ingredients:
1 or 2 (approx. 15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, well drained reserving juice
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg, beaten
juice from pineapple
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups marshmallows, miniature
1/4 lb processed cheese











Directions: Drain pineapple juice and place in a medium sauce pan. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Add to beaten egg. When well blended, stir into heated pineapple juice. Add butter, stir until thickened. Cut cheese into 1/4 inch cubes. Put cheese, pineapple and marshmallows in serving bowl and while pineapple juice mixture is hot, pour over, mix and chill at least 3 hours before serving. Overnight is better.
