Peach Pie

Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 cups fresh peaches, sliced (6-8 medium)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
6 tablespoons margarine











Directions: In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir in peaches and lemon juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Combine flour and sugar, cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Preheat oven to 425°F and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until topping is golden brown and juices begin to bubble around edges.

Notes: May need to cover edges with foil if they brown too quickly.
