Santa Fe Soup

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 large onion, diced
1 (15 oz.) can corn, undrained
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, undrained
2 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 lb. Mexican style processed cheese













Directions: Brown meat with onion, drain any fat. In large pot, combine meat mixture, corn, beans, tomatoes and chilies. Cube cheese and add to soup, stirring over low heat until melted. Makes 5 servings.
