Peppered Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 package ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
1 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons seasoned pepper
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, shredded















Directions: Mix cream cheese, ranch mix and cheddar cheese until well blended. Pour pepper and Parmesan cheese on wax paper and mix together. Divide cream cheese mixture in 2 parts. Roll each part separately over the pepper and cheese into a ball until covered. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until time to eat. Serve with your favorite crackers.

Notes: The pepper seasoning keeps your guests wanting more. If it is too spicy use less pepper and more Parmesan cheese.
