Ingredients:
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 cup butter
1 can cheese soup
1 soup can milk
1 pint sour cream
2 tablespoons instant onions
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups dried onion rings

Directions: Mix together ingredients except the dried onion rings and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. The last 15 minutes add the dried onion rings.
Notes: This recipe is similar to other potato casseroles, with the exception of the soup.
