Ingredients:
prime rib
1 cup half and half
1 pint sour cream
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup vinegar
3-1/2 oz. frozen lemon juice
2 tablespoon dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3 oz. horseradish

Directions: Mix well all ingredients and refrigerate until used. Keeps well. Cook prime rib to taste and serve with sauce.
