Green Bean Dish

Ingredients:
2 (16 oz.) cans green beans
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener)
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 - 4 strips bacon, fried, drained and chopped











Directions: Drain beans and save the liquid. Saute onion and parsley in the butter. Add flour and blend. Add bean liquid, sugar and vinegar. Stir together. Add sour cream and beans and cook, stirring until hot. Place in hot serving dish and top with the bacon.
