Crock Pot Italian Beef
Chef:  Julie Klein - St. Peters, MO          Category:  Main Dishes

Ingredients:
3 - 5 lb. roast
2 packages brown gravy mix, dry
2 packages Italian dressing, dry
2 cups water
















Directions: Put roast in crock pot. Mix all other ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on high 4 to 6 hours or low 6 to 8 hours. Remove roast, shred up and put back into juice.
