White Coconut Cake

Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix
1 package coconut, shredded
1 cup milk
4-1/2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup margarine
41/2 tablespoons shortening
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla












Directions: Prepare cake mix as directed on box. For frosting mix milk and flour together and cook on medium heat until thick. Cool mixture well. Cream margarine, shortening and sugar together. Add cooled paste mixture. Add vanilla and beat with mixer until it whips up like whipped cream. Spread frosting on bottom layer of cake, add shredded coconut, place top layer on bottom layer, ice top side, add coconut as needed to top and side of cake.
