Sour Cream Banana Muffins

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 bananas, very ripe and mashed
1/2 cup nuts, chopped











Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream sugar and butter until light and beat in egg until smooth. Add flour and baking soda alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla, bananas and nuts. Divide batter among 12 medium greased muffin cups. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
