Quick and Easy Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients:
1 (1/4 lb.) stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1-3/4 cup peaches, rhubarb or blackberries, sliced and fresh or frozen
1 cup sugar













Directions: Melt butter in 9x13 inch cake pan in oven. Combine 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. Pour mixture over melted butter in cake pan. Do not stir. Add fruit over flour mixture, then cover with 1 cup sugar. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Delicious served with ice cream, whipped cream or milk. This is a great way to enjoy your home-grown fruits.
