Gelatin Jewel

Ingredients:
1 (3 oz.) package orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup plain yogurt

Directions: Dissolve gelatin with water, add yogurt, mix together. Chill until set.

Notes: Any flavor of gelatin can be used. Quick, simple and delicious.
