Grape Tapioca

Ingredients:
1/4 cup quick tapioca
1/4 cup sugar
dash of salt
2-1/2 cups grape juice, frozen and diluted or canned grape juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice















Directions: Combine tapioca, sugar and salt in saucepan, add juice and cook to a boil. Add lemon juice and cool. Serve plain, or with ice cream or whipped topping.

Notes: Delicious and very quick. Other fruit juices may be used. I usually double this recipe as it keeps well in refrigerator to use later.
