Potato Bread in a Bread Machine

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup instant potato flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast













Directions: Measure the water and butter and add to the bread machine baking pan. Add the sugar, salt, flour and potato flakes in the order listed and tap firmly. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the yeast. Place in the bread machine and close the lid. Select "Basic Bread" and set crust control as desired. Press start. Cool before slicing. Yield: 1 loaf.
