Ingredients:
1-3/4 cups biscuit mix
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1 egg
1/4 cup onion
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (61/2 oz) tuna
2 cups cheese, shredded
1/4 cup celery

Directions: Mix biscuit mix, mayonnaise and egg, fold in onion, lemon juice, tuna, cheese and celery. Place in 8x11 inch pan. Bake at 350°F until fluffy or a golden brown. Cut into 9 servings.
