June's Noodles

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup cream
1/4 teaspoon yeast, dissolve in 1/4 cup water















Directions: Combine flour and salt. Beat eggs with fork, add cream and dissolved yeast. Stir into flour, adding more flour until very stiff. Roll out on floured board, cut into 1/4 inch strips and drop into boiling broth.
