Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs. sausage, regular
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions: Crumble sausage and cook. Drain well. Line a buttered 13x9 inch dish with crescent rolls. Firmly press to seal seams. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Beat well and pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, cut and serve.
