Peach Delight

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) brick cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
2 packages peach gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 cups frozen peaches, sliced










Directions: To prepare crust, mix flour, margarine, brown sugar and nuts. Pat into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 325°F. Let cool. To make filling, beat powdered sugar and cream cheese, then fold in whipped topping. Refrigerate. Boil the water and add gelatin for the topping. Have your peaches slightly thawed. Add to gelatin. When it just starts to thicken pour over filling. You may use 5 fresh peaches sliced, but add one cup of ice water to gelatin.

Notes: When you cut into squares to serve it looks very pretty if you put a spoonful of whipped topping on each square.
