Patio Potatoes

Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup milk
dash salt to taste
dash pepper to taste
1/4 cup onion, chopped to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated













Directions: Can peel or leave skin on potatoes but cut like french fries. Place cut potatoes in greased casserole dish. Add milk, butter, salt, pepper and onion. Bake at 350° F until done 45 to 60 minutes. Add cheddar cheese, or cheese of your choice, on top. Let cheese melt and serve. Yield 8 to 10 servings.

Notes: Can use a dash of onion powder instead of onion.
