Ingredients:
4 lbs. pork roast
1/4 cup soy sauce
1-1/2 tablespoons salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

Directions: Combine all ingredients except pork in a small bowl. Put pork in foil lined 9x9x2 inch pan and rub sauce over entire surface. Cover pan. Bake at 325°F for 4 hours. Shred. You may use a crock pot.
