Stew For Your Crock-Pot

Ingredients:
1-1/2 to 2 lbs. roast
potatoes, sliced
carrots, sliced
celery, sliced
1 envelope dried onion soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup













Directions: Cut up roast or use stew meat and put into your crock pot. Put potatoes, carrots and celery on top of meat. Sprinkle one envelope of dried onion soup over the meat and vegetables. Mix cream of mushroom soup and tomato soup together. Pour over the meat mixture but do not mix. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours. Cook on high the first hour then turn to low for the remaining time.

Notes: Very easy, but it is very good.
