Potato Salad

Ingredients:
8 medium potatoes
5 boiled eggs, diced
1-1/2 cups pickles, chopped
3/4 cup celery
1 cup salad dressing
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 to 2 teaspoon paprika (optional)











Directions: Boil potatoes until tender, cool. Dice potatoes. Boil eggs, cool and dice hard-boiled eggs. Add eggs, pickles and celery to potatoes. Mix together salad dressing, mustard, salt and pepper, add to potato mixture and toss well. Chill 2 to 4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle top with paprika, if desired, and serve. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
