Overnight Egg Casserole

Ingredients:
8 eggs, separated
1/2 cup margarine
14 slices white bread, cubed, no crust
1 cup ham, chopped
2 cups milk
2 cups longhorn cheese, shredded














Directions: Beat egg yolk until creamy and thick, add milk. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into yolk mixture. Cut margarine into small pieces. Grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer with bread cubes, shredded cheese and chopped ham. Top with margarine. Pour egg mixture over all layers. Refrigerate overnight. The next morning bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
