Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
dash salt
2-1/2 cups crushed pineapple
Frosting:
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup nuts
1 cup coconut







Directions: Combine milk, sugar, margarine, nuts and coconut ,mix by hand, add undrained pineapple Mix well. Bake in sprayed sheet cake pan in 400°F oven for 20 minutes. While cake is baking combine milk, butter and sugar. Boil 10 minutes, add nuts and coconut. Put on cake while warm.
