Verenika Casserole

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked noodles
1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 to 4 cups cooked ham, diced
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1-1/2 cups sour cream









Directions: Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper together in bowl, set aside. In skillet melt margarine, add flour and salt stirring, then add milk, stir until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat; add sour cream. In 9x13 inch baking pan, layer 1/2 of noodles, then 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, then 1/2 of ham, then 1/2 of gravy. Repeat layers, ending with gravy. Bake at 350°F covered with foil for 45 minutes or until done.
