Turkey and Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups leftover turkey, cut up
1/2 to 1 large onion
1 stick margarine
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese
6 tortillas













Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. In large skillet, cook onion slowly in 4 tablespoons of margarine. Add milk, soup, and cheese; cook slowly until cheese melts. Cut 6 tortillas in quarters. Melt the other 4 tablespoons of margarine; dip the tortilllas in melted margarine and line the bottom of a 9 X 13" pyrex pan with them. Add the turkey and pour sauce over it. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
