Ingredients:
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup picante sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and devined
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

Directions: Cook onion, celery and garlic in oil in large skillet until tender but not brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, picante sauce and seasonings. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Combine cornstarch and water, add to sauce and stir until smoth and thickened. Add shrimp and green pepper. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.
