Easy Quiche Dinner

Ingredients:
2 frozen deep dish pie shells
1 square package broccoli, frozen, chopped
1 cup ham, cubed
1 (12 oz.) package cheddar cheese, shredded
8 large eggs
1 cup milk
8 medium potatoes
1 package ready-made dinner rolls












Directions: Wash potatoes and place on cookie sheet, put in the oven on bottom rack. In a large bowl, mix together thawed broccoli, ham and cheese. Pour half of the mixture in each of the pie shells. Using the same bowl, break the eggs into the bowl and add the milk. Mix vigorously with a wire whip, and pour half the egg mixture into each of the pie shells. Put the quiches on a large cookie sheet and place in the oven on the top rack. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Remove the quiches when done and allow them to stand for a few minutes while you warm up the ready-made dinner rolls.
