Georgia Bozarth's Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:
2- /2 cups sugar
1 carton (equal to 4 eggs) Egg Beaters
2 pints half & half
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
6 tablespoons lemon juice
3 ripe bananas
orange juice













Directions: In large mixer bowl, beat together the sugar and Egg Beaters, add half and half and milk, then lemon juice. Pour into the container for 1 gallon ice cream freezer. Add bananas sliced thin. Fill to freezing level with orange juice and freeze in usual manner.
