Summer Salad

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
1 large tomato
1 small yellow pepper
1 samll red pepper
1 small green pepper
1 medium red onion
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup Italian dressing
dash of black pepper
dash of garlic powder










Directions: Wash the cucumber and with a fork make stripes down the peel. Slice thinly. Cut the tomato, peppers and onion into 1/2 inch pieces. Pour the balsamic vinegar over vegetables and add the dressing. Sprinke with pepper and garlic powder and stir. Refrigerate and stir vegetables to blend. The longer it blends the better the taste.

Notes: This salad is light and colorful.
