Chicken Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
4 chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
dash of salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) package stuffing mix
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons parsley










Directions: Cut chicken breasts up to fill a greased 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle with the garlic, salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the stuffing, corn, water and melted margarine, mix well. Pour over the chicken. In the same bowl mix the soup, milk and parsley, pour over top. Bake, covered, for 35 minutes at 350° F. Uncover and bake another 8-10 minutes.
