No Knead Company Rolls

Ingredients:
1/2 cup lukewarm water
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup dry yeast
5 cups milk, scalded
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs, beaten
14 cups sifted flour











Directions: Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water in which the sugar has been added. Scald milk with sugar, salt and butter. Cool, add beaten eggs. Add this to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour until you have a dough stiff enough to pull away from the bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Shape into tea rolls or cinnamon rolls. Let rise again and bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes or until a golden brown.
