Marinated Rib Eye Steaks

Ingredients:
1/3 cup hot water
3 tablespoons onion, chopped
2 tablespoons cider or red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
3 or 4 Rib Eye steaks









Directions: Combine all ingredients except steaks in a small bowl. Put steaks in a zip lock bag. Pour marinate over steaks and marinate several hours or overnight. Discard marinate and grill steaks to your desired doneness.
