Pineapple Cookies

Ingredients:
4 cups white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups corn oil
2 cups crushed pineapple, with juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
9 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon soda











Directions: Cream sugar and oil. Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly. Add pineapple and vanilla. Add baking powder, salt, flour and soda, mix well. Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Notes: These cookies freeze well, and have better flavor if put in freezer overnight.
