Cinnamon Salad

Ingredients:
2/3 cup red hots
1 cup boiling water
1 (3 oz.) package lemon gelatin
1 can applesauce
1 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
nuts, chopped
celery, chopped












Directions: Dissolve red hots and lemon gelatin in boiling water. Add applesauce. Pour 1/2 of gelatin and applesauce mixture into a 6 x 10 inch or 8 x 8 inch square baking dish. Let set. When set, spread the mixture of cream cheese, mayonnaise, nuts and celery on top
