Cheesy Coconut Salad

Ingredients:
1 (3 oz.) package lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)
1 (small) can pineapple
1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping













Directions: Dissolve gelatin into boiling water. Add sugar. Cool. Add cheese, coconut and the pineapple. When starts to set, add the whipped cream.
