Ingredients:
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 slices bacon (fried crisp and crumbled)
1 (small) jar mushrooms (sauteed)
4 (large) eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions: In a greased 10 inch quiche pan, spread cheese, then bacon, then mushrooms. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over ingredients in quiche pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350°F oven. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
